- You can absolutely return your product(s)! Please make sure they are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include any of the product's instructions, documents and wrappings. products that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them will not be refunded. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product.
Shipping Details
- Pre-order purchases from February 2021 - March 31,2021: your planners will be shipped after pre-order period is over and it will take about 3- 5 business days for you to received your order once it is shipped
- For planners that were purchased outside of the pre-order period, you will be receiving your planners within 3-5 days after it is shipped.
